Please be aware that we strictly abide by the UK's guidance and laws so all clients must be over the age of 18 and not be pregnant or breastfeeding. Before any beauty treatments can proceed following, a full consultation will be conducted and all clients should have informed written consent prior to being treated. Also please note that not all individuals are good candidates for every treatment, so treatments cannot be guaranteed as the client needs to be assessed as suitability of the desired treatment.

 

Cancellations / Refunds

If you decide to cancel an appointment that you have booked in, any appointment holding deposit is non-refundable. We are able to reschedule appointments provided we are given at least 7 days notice before the treatment date. Please contact info@visualiste.co.uk or call 020 3633 6990 to rearrange your appointment. All new appointments will be subject to availability. If a client fails to attend their allocated appointment or wishes to cancel a booking, payment is retained by the company and no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any date or location. Should this be necessary our staff will contact clients immediately and arrange an alternative date. We do not accept responsibility for any travel expenses or accommodation costs from clients. We reserve the right to cancel appointments or withdraw clients that we feel to be disruptive, defamatory or impeding of our services. Treatments may be reversible but are non-refundable. The nature of these treatments are subjective and no treatment will proceed without verbal written or photographic consent.

 

Late Arrival to Appointments

Clients who attend over 20 minutes late may not be seen as they disrupt the running for the day which impacts on other clients' treatment slots.

 

Consultation Appointments

All our appointments are consult and treat on the day.  A consultation only appointment is charged at £50 and is not transferable to a treatment at a later date. The booking deposit is redeemable across treatments had on the day of the appointment.

Price Structuring & Packages

Whilst there are many bespoke packages, individual quotes may vary due to quantities used. Different facial appearances may require more or fewer treatment syringes or the treatment itself may be different to what is listed following consultation and facial assessment. This will be discussed with you by your practitioner on the day of treatment. You can see a full price list on the website.

Client Complaints  

We strive to work with you to achieve the desired results however beauty/aesthetics are subjective and client's results may vary from person and thus results are not guaranteed. This varies according to biological make up and response, diet, and lifestyle. Aesthetics treatments are elective treatments and are non-refundable. In the event of a possible adverse reaction to a product following treatment please contact us as soon as possible. Under certain circumstances if a review/correction is required, an appointment will be booked for you via our clinic coordinator. At this appointment, we will review your before and after photos, your treatment record, and the outcome of your treatment to decide what action is required. If required, we endeavour to offer all review appointments within 14 days of your request.  Please note that once confirmed, we do not offer clients the opportunity to reschedule review appointments. If you do not attend your review appointment, further review appointments will not be offered. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances. In these circumstances, if a client fails to attend 2 reviews, a further £100 consultation fee payment will be needed to secure a further review appointment. If a minor correction is necessary then this may be offered at the clinic's discretion depending on circumstances. If the outcome of the treatment is satisfactory and is a case of more product required for the individual client then a charge will be made for the additional product.
